🚚 Preparation & Day-of Service
Not necessarily! If your items are placed in an accessible driveway, garage, or outdoor location, we can complete an Unattended Pickup. Our crew will review the pile on arrival, call or text you with the final volume price, and process payment remotely over the phone once completed.
No! We provide full-service indoor retrieval. Our uniformed crew will safely carry items out from your basement, attic, top-floor apartment, or backyard. You don't need to lift a finger—just point to what goes.
Our drivers are highly experienced in Metro Vancouver urban maneuvering. We are equipped to handle tight alleyways, subterranean parking structures, and loading bays. Please let dispatch know if we need to reserve elevator time with your building management!
💳 Pricing, Payment & Surcharges
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac Debit, Interac e-Transfer, and Cash. Payment is due immediately after the crew loads your items and sweeps the work area clean.
Never. Our upfront volume quotes include loading labor, commercial truck transport, fuel, and standard dumping fees. The only addition to standard volume pricing would be mandatory regional municipal surcharges (such as mattresses or tires), which are clearly detailed on-site before we start.
We understand plans change! We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or date adjustments. Cancellations made within 2 hours of your arrival window while our crew is en route may incur a minor $50 dispatch fee.
♻️ Eco-Sorting & Prohibited Items
We strictly avoid dumping everything straight into landfills. Our crew sorts items throughout the day: usable furniture and clothing are routed to local Lower Mainland charities; metals, electronics, and cardboard go to recycling depots; and green waste goes to organic composting facilities.
For safety and environmental law compliance, we cannot haul untreated asbestos, volatile liquid chemicals, biohazards, medical waste, propane tanks, or active explosive materials. If you are unsure about a specific material, text local dispatch a photo!
Metro Vancouver transfer stations enforce strict drywall testing rules to prevent asbestos contamination. Drywall must have date-stamped documentation or certified lab test results showing it is asbestos-free prior to loading.
